Shadow is an 8 month old purebred white German Shepherd who is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

She is wonderful with all dogs, loves to play and is fine off leash in a park, with great recall by her owner (note, never let a new dog off leash in open space in the first few weeks). She is reserved around strangers, but not at all fearful.  With her owner she had a lovely time playing ball and doing agility obstacles.  She likes playing in streams and water!

Shadow loves the car, is house and crate trained and has basic commands to different degrees.  She will pull slightly on leash but is easily corrected.

We do not know how Shadow will be with cats, but we will test her very soon.

She is in great health and is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations and microchipped.

Why would anyone give up Shadow?  Unfortunately, Shadow’s owner, despite trying, had to move into accommodation that will not accept dogs.

Shadow is now in foster care in Sebastapol.
