Charlie Bean is a cute 5 month old boy who came to us as an owner surrender; he came with Lucy, his sister. Both have very good genetic makeup, although neither has had much socialization.
What does Charlie need to succeed? First, he needs a lot of socialization with other dogs. He absolutely loves people and has very nice people skills. His doggie skills need work; he is a bit frightened of other dogs but with proper introduction, and supervised and appropriate play, he is going to be an awesome dog. He would likely learn better as an only dog but could be fine with a mature, established and appropriate resident dog.
Charlie is great with everyone he meets. He is not trained but has fairly good manners. Charlie has not discovered toys yet but engages with people nicely. His furever home must have recent experience with working-breed puppies; he's a smart pup who needs consistent training. He's a real sweetheart and will make a great companion for a single person or a family.
