Buck-a-roo is a goofball. He's a happy, goofy, nutty dog, thus his name. He's probably about 18 months old.
Buck loves everyone and every dog. He came to his foster home and started playing with everyone immediately. All the dogs welcomed him and off he went with his new doggie pals. We expect he'll settle down in a few days, but on day one he was charging around the yard with some of the rough and tumbles like a stampede of elephants. Buck would probably be happiest in a home with another playful dog.
He took to his crate immediately and he sleeps quietly through the night. He has nice manners although he hasn't had any training.
Buck's ears will not stand up; his 'broken' ears are part of his goofy charm.
Buck met Test Kitty on a day that Test Kitty was really mellow and wouldn't run. Buck took a look at kitty, barely sniffed him and then found something else to be interested in. Because he is so social and lively, it is possible that he would try to play with a resident kitty.
He is in one of our east bay foster homes, either sleeping off his playtime or romping around the yard.
