Karma is thrilled to be sponsored by Omar Sultan & thanks him for the generous ongoing support!

Hi! My name is Karma, and I’m the kind of dog who always has a smile on her face. I’m a happy-go-lucky girl (emphasis on the "happy" and "go"!) who thrives on attention, snuggles and walks. I love to be outside with you, whether it's sunbathing, running laps and circles around the yard, or pursuing the next hiking trail adventure by your side.

I need someone with a little patience who will insist I not pull on my leash, but gosh do I love to go on walks. I’m learning and I would love to get the hang of my leash walking together with you. I’ve got a good start on my obedience but practice makes perfect and I’d like to bond with my new family over some training. I’m food motivated! So treats for training? Yes please!

I love to play with people, other dogs and toys too. I’ve seen some younger kids at my foster home, and while I do have a lot of energy, I love kids and try my best not to bump them when I get excited. I live with another big dog at my foster home and we’ve become quite good pals. I really like playing with him and other dogs, but you should know I sometimes need my humans to remind me how to use my manners around other dogs.

I like toys too, but I’m not obsessed with them. However… I did recently re-discover the tennis ball my foster mom offered me when I first arrived. I thought that thing was useless when I first got here, but a couple days ago I decided that that tennis ball is actually pretty darn fun! Throw it across the yard for me, please, please! I’d love to learn to play fetch.

With me around, there's no shortage of laughs, I promise. My foster mom is always saying I remind her of a deer with my bright eyes, short little tail and the way I leap and prance when I’m excited. But when it comes time to settle down, what I really love is lovin’ on my people. I’m kind of big to be a lap dog, but I like to try anyway. I’ll flop into your lap and burrow my face into your hands because I love to cuddle and be pet. I hear my foster mom giggle at me when I sleep by myself, because I tend to end up sleeping with my feet up in the air, twisted like a pretzel or sleeping on a pillow like I’m part human. I’m fine in a crate but I really don’t really like it a lot. I do have nice house manners, and I’m house trained, so I will be ok if left alone in the house.

I’ll be waiting in Rohnert Park for my new family. Hope to hear from you!
