Hi! My name is Cash! My new friends at BAGSR say that my adopters will hit the jackpot with me. I am about 6 years old and have a beautiful, shinny black coat. Thankfully BAGSR grabbed me out of the shelter and found me a safe and loving foster home while they help me find a new family.  I'm a little underweight and should weigh about 80 pounds.  I have a healthy appetite though and will get there in no time.

I've gotten quite used to indoor living and have even already learned how to use the dog door to go outside when I need to. My foster mom thinks I’m a pretty smart boy. I'm learning my basics here at my foster home and am a quick study. It would be great if my new family will take me to dog school to continue my learning. I'm sure I would love that.

I don’t love using a crate but sometimes I find treats in there so I may learn to like it!

I don’t need a ton of exercise but really enjoy leash walks. I’m quite polite on leash and I pass other dogs without issue. I just like to watch them go by.

I'm doing great with my foster dog siblings. With a dog/cat savvy owner who helps me, I may get along with a cat. I haven't been overyly interested in cats that I have met.

I take treats gently too.

I really enjoy affection as my foster mom is loving on me all of the time! I even make a little purring sound when I'm snuggling. I'm a vocal boy and like to moan and groan or let out a small bark when I want something.  I can be a little mouthy and do this little nibbly thing. My foster mom says that’s my way of showing affection. I didn't have much lovin' in my previous life but I do now and I will surely bond closely with my new people.

I'm very polite in the car and love to go. When my foster mom leaves me to run into a store or something, sometimes I bark once but then just wait patiently for her to come back. I am very attached to her and will bond closely with my new people.

I learned quickly what is expected of me in the house and have wonderful house manners. I can wait patiently at home with my foster dog siblings if my foster mom goes out and I also sleep quietly on my dog bed all through the night.

I am still learning about toys and I find my hedgehog with a Christmas hat kind of fun to play with!

I’ll be waiting in Granite Bay. Hope to meet you!
