This is a courtesy post for Rescue the Underdog, who is a small, volunteer-run organization that saves dogs from being euthanized in high kill shelters.

Charlie is a 7 year old purebred German Shepherd Dog (GSD), who is full of love and friendly to everyone - kids, dogs, and cats!  He is super mellow, and his foster family even says Charlie personifies the “California chill” spirit!
