Stella and her family adopted Ciccia (pronounced Chee-chaw) from us about a year ago. She was Ouzu in our program. They say that Ciccia has been the perfect fit for the their family.
Stella had a lovely idea. Instead of birthday presents she asked that her friends give her money that she would donate to help the dogs. Not finished with that wonderful offering, she then did a garage sale with the funds again going to rescue.
Huge thanks to Stella from all the dogs. When you're in rescue and experience some of the sad things we see, stories like this go a long way to restoring your faith in humanity.
