Carl is a handsome large boy who is about 15 months old and came from Southern California.

He's about 80 pounds and draws gasps of admiration - yet he's still a playful juvenile.

When you first meet Carl he's stand and look at you. If you get him excited he will jump around and be very slightly mouthy. However, he corrects well and has no aggression at all. This is a playful young boy.

On walks he is nice on leash and has very minor leash reactivity, but corrects well. He has met other dogs and is respectful and appropriate.

Carl has the most basic obedience and will easily lure into sits and downs.  He is focused on his handler once you engage him. The good news is that he is very food motivated, so will be easy to train.  He will play with a ball, but his ball drive is low for a GSD.  He likes his toys.   

Carl is currently in the care of our friends at Marin Humane.  We have met and played with him several times.  We even did his photo session!
