My name is Opa! I’m a 5 year old GSD looking for a new home. I’m a big, sturdy boy and weigh about 90 pounds.

I’m friendly, easy going and am a shelter staff favorite. Something you should know about me is that I get along famously with other dogs. I am calm and poised even in the face of over-active canines. I also met some cats at the shelter and did great.

I walk nicely on leash and pass other dogs politely. My friends at the shelter say that I'm quite dignified and am always a gentleman.

I would make a fantastic walking partner and a lovely new family member. Because of my rather laid-back demeanor, I'll probably adjust quickly in my new home. I sure would like to get started on my next chapter with a new loving family. Hope to meet you!
