Finn is thrilled to announce his new sponsorship deal with Tatyana Zicko!

Finn is a doll.  He's about 7 or 8 months old with a fun, outgoing, goofy personality.  He is great with other dogs, loves to play rough and tumble and run and catch.  He recently spent a few weeks at the Michael Ellis School for Dog Trainers.  He attended the Advanced Obedience class; he wasn't intense in learning but he had fun.  The trainers and students enjoyed his not-too-serious interest in everything but yet showed a good ability to follow directions when leashed.  Off leash, well, he beats to his own drum.  He's a mighty happy guy.

Finn sleeps in a crate because he's a puppy; he is also tie-down trained.  He is house trained and has nice manners.  He is not a nuisance in any way.  But he is a puppy, and therefore must have constant leadership.  He's an easy boy, but again, he's an impressionable pup.  He loves to play with every dog who will play with him; his bestie is Tilly, who rough and tumbles with him.

Finn spent some time in a foster home with a 10 year old.  His foster mom said it would be a disservice to Finn if he were not adopted by someone with children.  So, Finn's idea family would be one where he had playmates to play fetch and all the fun things kids do outside.

As with all of our pups, his new owners will need to have recent puppy experience with working breeds.  We'll want to know all about your recent successes and challenges with your previous pups. He's a pretty mellow guy, but that might change as he becomes vested in his new family.

Finn is in an east bay foster home until he finds his furever.
