Kramer is a favorite among us.  Everywhere he goes, he gets compliments for his niceties and looks.  But most importantly, he is a sweetheart of a dog.  He's about 2 years old and a beautiful black and red boy.

Kramer is an athlete.  He is the perfect hiking buddy and can easily handle a 9 mile hike.  In his perfect world, Kramer's owner would be an outdoorsy kind of person - hiking or running daily, and a person who shares their daily routines with him.  He happily jumps in the car to accompany you on every errand also.

Kramer is house trained, trustworthy in the house, likes sleeping in his crate at night and plays with Test Kitty during the day.  He has a few favorite past times: ripping up stuffed toys, receiving treats, chasing bugs...  The bug chasing is as a result of him being left outside to discover his own games, but he does call off of the behavior and  gladly follows his person into the house, especially for a treat!  He LOVES playing with toys, and he plays a very serious game of tug; he's a lot of fun.

Right now, Kramer has some intestinal issues that we're trying to get a handle on.  Hopefully very soon his tummy will settle down enough that he is stable and ready for adoption.

Kramer  is great with other dogs as long as they're not in his face or confrontational.  He gets scared when dogs are too boisterous; if Kramer is a second dog in his family, the family dog should be a hang-out type of dog.

Kramer is great with easy going cats!  Test Kitty sleeps on top of Kramers crate; Kramer checks in on him regularly.

Kramer is a level 2 dog in the east bay.
